I have been trying to connect with someone at CAV in the US (WV and Kansas) and in the UK for a couple of days, and no one answers the phone or responds to email. He has always been helpful in the past, so getting through to him was a bit of a relief. I am getting the impression (not from him by the way) that the US operation is much smaller now, understaffed, and doing their best to manage - it's going to get harder to service these systems if we have to source everything from the UK, though - Again thanks for the offer.
