Looking for POH with part number 74-20F-OM-B for 1975 M20F, serial numbers 22-1179 to 1272

I have a 1975 M20F. According to Mooney's list of POH's, the part number for my particular Owner's Manual is 74-20F-OM-B. That manual applies to serial numbers 22-1179 to 22-1272. Does anyone have a copy of this manual in PDF form?

I have seen the M20F POH in the downloads section for serial numbers 22-1306 to 22-1432. Most all of that manual appears to apply to my airplane, but I'd love to have the POH that was specific to my serial number.

I have searched the internet with no luck. Can anyone here help? Thanks and merry Christmas!

Edit: The POH has been found. It is the downloads section, here.

I am looking for the same thing. I have the POH 1209 but as said above is not the correct POH according to Mooney’s POH list. Any help would be great!!

I note that the POH is stamped 'Reference Copy".

Is that sufficient for YOUR specific S/N aircraft?  (Yes, it covers the range of S/Ns including yours)

I thought that the POH/AFM needed to be marked with the specific registration/SN to be valid.  But I know things changed back in 1979 (AFM required), so that may not be the case for aircraft built earlier.

Correct - it is a reference copy, as marked. I don’t think there is a way at this point to obtain the specific copy of the POH that was originally furnished with MY aircraft. This is probably the best I can do 50 years later.

Interesting.  That's why I'd suggested contacting the factory as I was under the (mistaken, apparently) impression they could still issue a POH specific to your aircraft.  (With a cost, no doubt!)

I think the main issues with the "specific airplane" POH are just that the WnB and Equipment List are accurate.    The owner is "supposed to" keep those accurate over time, so it shouldn't be a big deal to use the reference copy.  ;)

I called the factory, no one answered so I left a voicemail, and emailed and got no response, like literally zero response. Called local MSC here in SoCal and they got a hold of Mooney. Mooney told them they do not have that manual available. However, I they did have a "General" Mooney POH they would be willing to sell me for $150. I told the MSC I didn't need that, what I needed was the specific POH called out by Mooney. She reached back to Mooney and ask for an official replica of 74-20F-OM-B. She said she would see what Mooney came back with. So we will wait and see if we can get an "official" copy.

For now thank you LooneyMooney for hooking up this copy. I am looking at the POH before this one and after this one to see if there are any differences. Thank you all for the great suggestions and help. That is what makes the Mooney community great.

In modern Mooneys…

the hull specific POH has a few key things…

That the general POH won’t be able to have…

1) all of the added instruments, avionics, and gear…

2) all the WnB updates that go with that…

3) the POH inserts that go with that…

Since the POHs got many updates over time…

Get the POH that meets the year of your plans for legality…

and get a copy of the most recent POH for your model of Mooney…

POHs got updated with a lot of performance data over the years…

:)
