yes, dig hole, find screw, take out, clean thread with tap drill, find new screw, seal with tank sealant or permatex, apply wing walk compound, let dry for 2 days, if you really want it to look like new spray truck bed line over entire wing walk, be sure to cover adjacent areas of airplane

If you’re going to replace the factory screw just make sure the new screw is the same length, you definitely don’t want to replace it with a longer screw. I would just clean up the threads apply sealant  and reinstall.

I had mine fixed a year or so again. But leaking again.  I think it was all the in and out of the plane for the avionics upgrade
