Get someone to put an ISO of the DVD on a USB stick.  If you bought the DVD, Don may be able to do it for you.  Windows can probably play it directly from the ISO.  You may have to buy a new USB stick.  I'm just getting up on Windows 11, and I needed a 10 GB stick to hold the Win 11 ISO.  Went to the computer store, and the 12-year-old who waited on me said "smallest we have is 32 GB".  It was $9.
