The IO-540 in C182Ts is derated to 230hp, but I don't think it changes the TBO (still 2000 hours on the posted doc for an IO-540-AB1A5).   It's partly done just by reducing the redline from 2700 to 2400 rpm.   

Don't know if it makes them last longer in practice.
