flap and cowl indicator lube

I read somewhere that you need to oil the indicator cables for the flaps and cowl but I can't see anywhere in the service manual on how.  How do you guys do it since the cable goes up, around and down so its not like you can oil on the high side and it will slowly lube the whole cable.

You can buy these little cable  lubricator things that screw over the end of the cable where the core goes into the jacket. Then you stick a can of triflow on there and you pressurize the cable with that.

Which triflow model do you use? I see a few different ones

They are usually just Bowden cable. Some use a fancier cable. With the Bowden cable, just lube the outside of the cable conduit and the lube will get to the wire. If it is a fancier push pull cable, you can still do it like that if it doesn’t have a plastic jacket or liner.
