Welcome to the Mooney party!  I'm based in Provo with an M20F, and would love to show it off and talk Mooneys, insurance, useful load, etc.  Feel free to DM.

As for the wait lists...  We got on the U42 waitlist when they first started the list 2 years ago, and last I heard (they still haven't updated the web site) we are #76 for a T-hangar.  They're building new hangars at BTF and SPK, but you'll have to mortgage the house to be a partner in one of those.

Good luck on your search!

It is baffling that so many things are so expensive in aviation, and then there are hangars for $75.

I just looked, storage for a car starts at $250 a month around here.  Which is why some airports have issues with hangars being used for storage of other than airplanes.

My airport is $650 per month for a concrete floor T-hangar with electric bifold door and electricity.  And they just built a new row and it is almost full.  And have room for 3 more as there is demand.   They have big hangars (100 x 100) for $10,000 per month, and they have built 2 new ones in the last year.

I looked at this one a few months ago. It think it was $200 per month. I don't know how big is was but it was huge.
