Nav lights

Not sure if posting in the right place but does anyone have a how to on how to replace tail (white) nav light on a ‘65 M20E. Was looking in the AMM but didn’t see it there. It’s the regular non led one. TIA

I thought it was just the two little screws that hold it in? Haven't looked closely at mine recently.

I’d have to check again but don’t remember seeing any visible screws. There’s just the cover and if I remember correctly a chrome ish piece around the cover

Seems the screws I remember go through the chrome trim, but I've never taken mine off to look under it.

I’ll have to double check when I get back home from work. My plane partner called me telling me it was burnt out

2 small screws.

Found a picture I took to clarify "long rudder vs short rudder." This closeup shows the two little screws that I remember. First thing I'd do is remove them, pull off the trim and see what else can be removed. Gently!

The lens is probably (expensive) glass.  Caution advised.
