I'm guessing @moosebreath is really looking for some flight training vs. just a Web or Book course.   So along those lines....   Are there very many *good* Mooney CFI/Is in the NW?  I'm moving out there soon, so any recommendations around Spokane would be great to have.

I’m sure if he calls the MSC in Troutdale he could get recommendations for a good Mooney CFI. That’s what I did when I needed a Mooney ferried from Seattle.

I’ve done lots of refreshers, but the King IGI course was by far the best.

Sorry I misunderstood. By “Instrument Refresher Course” I assumed you meant a course, not an instructor.

I would call Greg at Advanced Aircraft. I’m sure he knows some instructors.
