Actually, I am closer to Key West than Pensacola logistically, however there are a few MS members around the area that could better give local info. For annuals, I would of course recommend Maxwell, or SWTA, both a bit further than the range requested.

Maxwell set me up with a ferry pilot who has airline privileges. Easy, Peazy.  Getting on their schedule may be less so but is worth a try.

Am I reading this correctly?  You consider ~500nm flight "half way across the country"?  Not true, even in a C150.

You consider 500 miles “<1hr flight time”?

 

it’s might not be half way, but it’s certainly too far to go for a basic yearly inspection

+1 for Daytona Aircraft Services, Jake and Curt have a great group of mechanics and avionics techs with reasonable pricing.
