Robert67 Posted January 17, 2022 Report Posted January 17, 2022 Does anyone know where a cabin air valve like this one could be purchased. I ordered one from Lasar and they called me saying that they were out of stock. Thanks Robert Quote
Jsno Posted January 18, 2022 Report Posted January 18, 2022 Check with Dawson Aircraft Salvage. They are parting out a few Mooneys and may have one. Quote
carusoam Posted January 18, 2022 Report Posted January 18, 2022 I don’t remember that one… where does it get mounted? The usual ones are slide gates and butterfly valves… Are you sure that is an M20F part? if yes… check with @Alan Fox Best regards, -a- Quote
N201MKTurbo Posted January 18, 2022 Report Posted January 18, 2022 I know that one. It is in the pedestal on the early Mooneys. It has a black lever arm that opens and closes it. As you can see, it is a piece of craft work by Mooney. It can be reproduced by anyone with hand tool skills and a desire. If you want Mooney to make you a new one, hold onto your wallet! They will need to get one of the retired guys from town to come in and make it. 1 Quote
