OR75
Anyone knows a shop that would cut a middle stack panel for a J ? After many avionics upgrades over time and lot of riveting, I would like to have a clean / powder coated the center stack has: PS8000BT / GNS430 / KX155 , a few rectangle annunciators at the top (voltage , RAM air) - other annuncitors / gear safety bypass are round so easy to drill
PT20J
Probably lots of places, but Pacific Coast Avionics has complete fabrication facilities. They are on the same field as Vans and make a lot of custom RV panels.
N201MKTurbo
I made my own when I did my avionics upgrade. It wasn’t that hard. Bent the sheet metal at a friends shop, cut out the holes with an air nibbler and files. Painted it with a quality rattle can and had a local shop make a silk screen for the lettering. It came out pretty good. I actually made both stacks. 1
bradp
@Aerodon might be able to cut you a panel. I think he has the CAD files for a Mid body
N201MKTurbo
The radio panels aren’t like an instrument panel, they are just U shaped pieces of 0.032 sheet metal. The openings for the radios are dependent on what radios you have. The stuff in the top of the panels seems to change year to year.
