Recommendation for pre-purchase inspector and possible appraisal around Orlando FL

Looking at a Mooney M20J  around Orlando FL and wanted to know if anyone knows a shop in the area that is familiar with Mooney and can do a pre-buy inspection.  Also has anyone used an appraisal service for a desktop appraisal before?

No personal experience, but there's a MSC in Daytona, Daytona Aircraft Services.

And so is the MSC at Daytona...

The Daytona MSC spent some time detailing a J they were refreshing in their shop... posted lots of pics and descriptions around here...
