Niko182
Is this the mooney located in North vegas right next to EGA aviation?

Shredder702
Hi Niko, Yes sir. This is the one right outside EGA. Joe has put alot of time and money in the upgrades and the 252 flies great! Just replaced both TIT probes as well. He is not letting any issue get deferred on this. gsxrpilot
It's a good looking 252. And there aren't that many of them that ever come up for sale. This one just needs flight time. Someone should put a couple of hours on this one every day between now and the day it sells.
Shredder702
The 252 has actually been flying since the annual. The hours are slowing rising.
Jeev
I can vouch for this aircraft it is as advertised, the owner and the broker are straight shooters. The 252 has had some great recent upgrades and I know during the inactivity shown in the logs that it was hangared in the dry Las Vegas climate because it was in the hangar right next to mine. I have no skin in the game other than wanting to see this nice 252 go to a good home. Good luck on the sale Chris and welcome to Mooneyspace!
