Yetti Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 Did you cut a wing spar to install it? here's what I found interesting is I could find no data to install a KX-155 in a Mooney Quote

Yetti Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 Reading through the ADSB https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Advisory_Circular/AC_20-165B.pdf Because the FAA wants ADSB done as long as the equipment will put the right stuff out, they are suggesting an IA signature is good enough. I would have to guess the enforcement actions for radio equipment in planes is pretty close to zero. 1 Quote
bradp Posted March 9, 2019 Report Posted March 9, 2019 There’s a specific sentence they want in the text about compliance with ADSB FAR 91.2XX. That and it’s easy to do a 337 For the 330(ES) STC. Quote
