In the process of a panel upgrade, ideally not enough room in the stock configuration.

The original Ovation panels with the 9 pack have a TON of space for upgrades, no?

Looks like a nice setup.

Mike, with your training do you ever find the gear handle is harder to use or see (for the pilot) in the g1000 position vs the high and to the right?  Especially for individuals who have an iPad mounted on the yoke?

I have to admit, I have found myself at times reaching in the old  new location for the gear handle a few times. It was a principal of primacy thing.  It is not harder to use in either position compared to the other, and I never really mount an Ipad on a G1000 or G1000NXI on the yoke to see around. Too much fun stuff to see on them. Mooney moved the gear handle back to the old new old postion now.

I want the txi centered with the jpi 900 next to it placed horizontally.  This requires the gear handle or trim indicators to be moved.

I like the new panel layout and the even height all the way across.  I hope they sell well!

I really like the old (newest) position, as you reach for the handle it’s easy to see the football. Normal OP is to keep the hand on the handle until he football is confirmed.
