Bob K Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 I need to replace the landing gear actuator housing bearing (201PP) that the screw jack feeds through into the gearbox. Does anyone have a part number of the spanner socket (or mechanical equivelent), required to extract the retainer nut that hold the bearing in place? The actuator is a 4196-00-1C. Photo attached, below. Any feedback is much-appreciated. Regards, Bob Kohler 1970 M20E
carusoam Posted June 1, 2018 Report Posted June 1, 2018 Welcome aboard, Bob... While we are waiting for somebody knowledgeable of your gearbox installation... You can add your location to your avatar... Sometimes getting known a bit, attracts somebody with the answer... enough to type a response... Best regards, -a-
RLCarter Posted June 1, 2018 Report Posted June 1, 2018 2 pin spanners are fairly easy to make by welding the correct size rod to the side of a sacrificial socket
