Folks, my david clark noise cancel headset has started acting up,  a buddy told me to just

send them back to the company and usually they repair them for free,  is this true?  not really sure who else to ask.   Thanks   Mike

DC has fantastic customer service. They're in Worcester MA, you should have not problem finding a contact email/phone.

I have 2 noise cancelling models that have never needed service but when I returned to flying after 20 years away DC did rebuilt 2 very old, ~25 years old,  and inop headsets to as good as new. They did charge me a very fair price but apologized for charging - the set were just too far out of warranty!

call them and see.  I had some no name brands that were returned when the rubber on the plug wires started breaking.  Sent them and received a refurbed set that looked good as new.
