A and Brent,

Apologies for being offline for a while... Been deployed, but back again now..hopefully for good.   As for the lens, I don't have any made right now but could get out the mold and make a few  up. My reg email is rfirebaugh@gmail.com or my number is 916-301-3485. I'll be more reachable on those most likely.

Spoke with Brent. He was wanting the outer clear wrap-around lens for the wing tip.  After a couple phone calls we figured out that the actual strobe lens that I make isnt what he needed. Ha  Great talking with you though Brent.  Merry Christmas all !!

The grimes tail nav light lens fits the Hoskins perfectly, and it's clear glass.

jetdriven - is this what you're referring to: https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/replaceparts.php?clickkey=3280379

Do you know what gasket will work with that replacement lens?

same problem for me:

I realize this post is over 2 years old now and my friend doesn’t own a Mooney, but a different plane with the Hoskins strobe setup pictured above. Found this post via google looking for Hoskins strobe lens replacements after my friend’s lens cracked and yellowed over the years. The grimes nav light lenses are a perfect replacement. I don’t have a part number handy (couldn’t find one) but my friend bought some from this ebay listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Aircraft-Tail-Light-Position-Light-Lens-Grimes-Whelen-Etc-Best-Ship-First-/144237270490?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0

Wanted to pay it forward with the info…
