Did an oil change on my 231 the other day, and noticed a fitting on the oil line leading to the turbo that got my attention. Just in front of the oil filter. Seems to be crooked...may be nothing, but doesn't look as clean as a straight one. Also see a few oily threads to the left of this clamp. See the attached pics...should this be a source of concern?

Looks like two adel clamps connected to each other. The purpose of this at the intersection of two lines would be simply to keep the two lines from chaffing on one another.

I would rather see the adel clamp around the hose than around the nut, for one reason you can't access the nut to check for tightness without removing the clamp(and they are PITA) and two, any movement could work that nut loose.

Those are your check valves. The top clamp looks like it slipped off of the body of the valve. Not a huge deal, but you should straighten it out next time you are wrenching in the engine.

The clamp bolt is not exactly perpendicular to the line and that is why it looks crooked. Look around the other side of the clamp with a mirror to insure the rubber is not allowing the metal to be in touch with the valve. If the clamp metal get in touch with the valve it will cause chaffing that with engine vibration it can poke a hole.

Honestly I would be more worried about the fiber lock nut. That's incorrect, the TCM IPC calls for a metal locknut. I'd correct that with the proper hardware. Fiber locknuts have no place in the hot engine compartment. The adel clamps are also not the common ones available from places like Spruce but a special p/n that you'll only find from TCM - still available from Spruce since they are a TCM parts supplier but at 5x the normal adel clamp price!.  Otherwise the key thing is the clamps and hose are not chaffing against the oil filter (its very tight clearance there) or anything else. I also recall their is a proper orientation for the low point on one of the check valves (i.e. separate from the arrow direction ).
