Garmin 496 & 696 power connect

Are 496 & 696 power connections the same or different?  Can't tell from Garmin.com website photos.  They appear to be different.  Thanks for the reply if someone knows for sure.

Scott, they are indeed different.  I wanted to swap out my 496 for a 696, but the cables would need to be rerun with the newer power supply and to uplink with the 430W.
