Yes, that is how my bows were mounted. I was never able to find a source, but didn’t search very far for them.

I was luck.  I ended up working at that Mooney Service center and just walked over to the parts bin and grabbed them.  Wish I was still there.  Ended up moving across the country to be near family.

Clip nuts of various types for sheet metal screws are readily available to auto parts stores and places like Harbor Freight.

That is one of the reasons why I like being able to work on my own aircraft in that hanger.......
