Two,suggestions:

1. Scan it, and seave in several places for quick reference.

2. Photocopy the whole thing and keep it in your desk or cabinet to study from time to time.

Yeah. I have the pdf copy of it already. I will put it in a ziplog bag in the airplane and make another copy of it for actual use.

Do you mind sharing a copy of the PDF?  Mine is a less than ideal quality.

I made my own checklist, printed two pages per sheet in landscape format. Word will set it up and arrange the printing, even on my cheap one-sided printer, to make it into a booklet. Because this gives four pages per sheet of paper, I have a front "cover" identifying the aircraft, me and the date, and enough room at the end to put in abbreviated Performance Tables. My Owners Manual gives them from Sea Level to 12,500 msl in 2500' increments, and I put in the settings for 2300-2600 RPM at each. Makes for quick, easy reference in flight, and it fits my ASA kneeboard perfectly. The Manual lives in the seatback pocket and almost never comes out.

When I had it the way I liked it (fly a few times, scribble notes on the pages and fix at home), I reprinted it all and had the pages soft laminated and turned it into a booklet. It's now worn enough after 600 hours' use that I'm updating it to print a new copy. My browning original manual doesn't get the every flight wear, it just lives in the seatback pocket and comes out maybe once a year, maybe less, so that wear and damage are held to a minimum.

Sure. Mooney sent it to me. Pm me and I'll email it to you.
