DaV8or Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 Just wondering, what happened to Bambi's mother? Â OH!! You had to bring that up, didn't you???!!! Couldn't jusy enjoy Bambi on ice for what it was. Had to introduce the ugliness that is reality into it didn't you??!! Well thanks for nothing Mr. Nobody, now I can't sleep and have to go back to scheduled therapy sessions! Unless you want to read about me in the papers, don't even mention Ol' Yeller on this site... ever. Â Somebody needs to make Bambi with an alternate ending for us sensitive types! Â 2
DaV8or Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 Any truth to the butler holding an A&P IA, AME, PPL, SEL, MEL, IR, CFIII, flew LOP and used flaps on takeoff even in cross winds? Clarence  I know the LOP part is a lie. EVERYBODY knows that running LOP burns valves.
marks Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Scott had his say... Like a four hour Castro speech. I'm going to bed.
Hank Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Somebody needs to make Bambi with an alternate ending for us sensitive types! You ever see the classic line-drawn cartoon, "Bambi Meets Godzilla"? Now I'm gonna have to search YouTube for it! EDIT: it's there, but I can't copy the link on this stinkin' ipad! Cause it won't show the durn address bar . . . But it's still a great film, including good credits (in a Monty Python style of credits).

I used to attend every single Spike and Mike Sick and Twisted festival every year back in the day. Â Also a huge Monty Python fan. I get it, but not quite the alternate ending I was thinking of...
Danb Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 Anthony I'm again in the minority and almost totally agree with you, if I wanted to engage in a political forum I'd most likely find one and utilize it. I started to use Mooneyspace as a forum to educate myself on flying in particular Mooneys of which this forum basically does. I did not engage in the Timmie blog since it would do nothing to accomplish my reason for joining this fine organization, I did not and don't plan on berating or dissing anyone for enjoyment, this statement is not intended in anyway to speak poorly of anyone or there ideals. Sometimes though it's time to move on. Safe flying and good fortune to all of you.. 1
MyNameIsNobody Posted April 13, 2017 Report Posted April 13, 2017 Never did get an explanation. Â Got a strike on my permanent record for telling those with back ailments that it has nothing to do with aviation... I wonder if anyone will get a strike for their conduct on what is definitely an aviation thread. NOT holding my breath on that. One can only wonder what injustice would cause someone to look at all LEO's as the problem... Still enjoy it when "folks" come onto a thread with an obvious title and complain. What is up with that? How about a thread about urine flow? Â That also has a lot to do with Mooney flying and aviation... Good one. Are there other sources to "pull that up" if interested? I think YES is the answer there.
alex Posted April 14, 2017 Report Posted April 14, 2017 Because you are trigger warning, micro-aggression, safe space invading, cross-the-line instigating individual who just doesn't care about other peoples sensitivities.

However, I do find it most interesting that our new president does things that the old president did, and was written about at great length in the Timmy thread, yet the new one gets a pass every time (7 trips in AF1 to Palm Beach in less than 3 months at $4m per pop?). Sad! Â

Sad!  It's much nicer to travel when the American tax pay picks up the whole tab.  Our Prime Minister travels in a Challenger for domestic travel and an Airbus for international travel. Clarence

Sad!  Right.  TRUMP is getting a pass.  Good one.  Not one ounce of criticism coming his way.  Ba Ha Ha...Ha.

"They said it couldn't be done, there's no way to 306", yada yada yada.

Where did this country go wrong that the president can't travel without AF1. Its like he is a prisoner of the Secret Service. You could let him fly his plane and send a couple of F16s as escorts. It would still be cheaper then bringing that behemoth out. Edited April 17, 2017 by N201MKTurbo

The irony is that he's surrounded by the same personal body guards that he used when he was a private citizen. The cost is courtesy of the American taxpayer.
