I have a building lot under contract on Pegasus Airpark 5AZ3. Now is the time to buy if you can. Lots that were selling for 250,000-350,000 2 1/2 years ago are now in the low 100's. After no sales for quite a while 4 lots have resold for under 125,000 this year. All lots are just over 1 acre.
