Long time lurker here but this is my first post.  Anyone know who flys N40MJ?  I was flying in NE Texas close to the Arkansas border on Monday and hear N40MJ call center and report a loss of oil pressure in flight and had to divert.  Wanted to make sure he landed safely.

according to flightaware N40MJ is a 1993 J model owned by JIM D DEIDIKER

ROGERS, AR

It looks like the flight last Monday ended successfully at Mena Intermountain Muni (KMEZ) arouond 6:55 CDT.

Just don't get it painted there. They sand the plane with 320 grit and a DA sander which removes all the alclad. I ran from that place screaming, fired up my 201 and headed back home at max cruise power.

Byron,

Specify which shop. Was it Robert Smith's place. I had my plane done at Mena Aircraft Painting and Doug Blair did a strip and paint. I am extremely pleased almost 10 years later.

Gotta go with Don on that one. Doug did a great job on mine. There are several paint shops on the field at Mena though. I'm sure a few good and a few not so good.

Yes, that guy is based at my airport and flies back and forth to Houston several times a week. Hope all is well, I have not heard anything to think otherwise.

His engine was still running when they handed him off to the next controller so hopefully it was just a bad indicator.  Sounds like Mena's a good place to divert to though.
