the only problem with the 16 GB is foreflight takes up most of the memory, I have the 16 GB ipad 3 and when ever I need to do an update I have to delete old info before uploading the new. It still works fine but I have to be selective of the Apps I load on it. when i replace it i will get a 32 GB minimum.
