The National Geological Society seismic monitoring sensors indicate an inexplicable 4.7 seismic event In the Wilmington/Dover area. "It is certainly unprecedented to have seismic activity of this amplitude in this geographical area," commented Albert Obese of the Center for seismic monitoring in Big End South Dakota. "We would normally attribute such sizable ground impulses to fraking, but there has been no such activity in the Delaware area, which has the highest per capita number of fast food restaurants and ice cream shops."

Initially Governor Jack Markell was going to request FEMA assistance, but after a personal helicopter flight over the distasteful ... Err I mean disaster area, the Delaware Governor has decided rather to request Michelle Obama to bring a high power task force to more closely monitor school lunches.
