You're curious because it's close to home and you're planning a visit soon? :-)

 

No - I was just curious how the approach works - I wouldn't fly there.  Its too close to bother flying. I would just hitch up the dogs to the sled and just head over.  (For those that don't know "the North Pole, Ny" is 81.6mi (by road/sled dog) from KPTD.  P.S.  My dog's name is Cupid.
