So if I understand you correctly, if I have my top cowell off I should be able to read the letter on my injector and the letter should be facing the centerline of the engine? Â Not the centerline. If you look at where the injector goes you will see that one way points out to the open air and one way points to solid metal sort of in a corner. I try to get the holes near the corner in the metal with the letters pointed towards open air. The direction will be different on the left bank and the right bank. Quote
