rockydoc Posted May 6, 2013 Report Posted May 6, 2013 I just purchased a M20B from Bill Vose who told me that he has owned over 35 airplanes and routinely buys and sells them. When i Googled him, I was impressed by the comments people had made about him. i.e. "arrogant but blatantly honest." Based on those comments on Google, I purchased the aircraft sight unseen and based on a lot of faith in his verbal assurances that I "would not be disappointed in the airplane." Previously I have purchased numerous airplanes including a 172RG, a couple of 310's, Cherokee, Duke, Citation 1SP, etc. I never saw even one of them before I purchased them. And, I was never stung. But, each time, i get a little nervous just before delivery. So, back to my initial question, have any of you ever done business with Bill Vose? Quote
Steve Dawson Posted May 13, 2013 Report Posted May 13, 2013 I've know Bill for many years. He can do magic with things mechanical and has proven it over the years in motorcycle drag racing with quite a few championships and helped many racers. I never knew he actually had a license and owned aircraft though. I would suggest you do your due diligence like all aircraft deals. Quote
