Flickering lights

At night all lightning is steady, but when I turn on the landing I get a flicker. Alternator or voltage regulator?

Does it just flicker at the instant you turn on the landing light? If so I wouldn't worry about it. If you do want to worry about it, you should add battery wireing and grounding to your list.

Yes, everything is steady until the draw is increased, landing light, pitot heat, etc. I was told I need a new alternator.

Didn't answer your question corretly.  The lights are steady until the draw is increased.  When the amp draw is increased the lights flicker continuously.
