Cold wx flights

Is there a way to warm the oil temps up when flying in cold wx? The Cherokee I learned in had a cover you could screw on for the colder days that kept the oil nice and toasty. Is there anything like this for the Mooney line?

There is on my Ovation. Covers half the oil cooler for winter ops.

Thanks for the info Randy. Next time I'm at the airport I'll take a look at my POH and see if there is any info in there, if not I'll call a MSC.
