As part of its year-long celebration to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the company , Piper Aircraft will host a gala ‘Factory Fly-in’ on Saturday, November 10th, 2012. Aircraft owners of all makes and models are welcome to join the celebration at Piper Aircraft’s Vero Beach manufacturing facility and global headquarters.

Participants will enjoy a welcome reception at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport, customer awards, an aircraft static display, vendor exhibits, facility tours — and even a special history lesson from Piper’s own in-house historian, Roger Peperell. A Piper meet-up and send-off pancake breakfast are also open to all who attend.

More than twenty companies will be on-hand to demonstrate their products and services at the event — and many of these have also stepped up to help sponsor the celebration, including Bendix King by Honeywell, Bose Corporation, Garmin International, Inc., SIMCOM Training Centers, ACR/Artex (ACR Electronics, Inc.), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Aviall - a Boeing Company, Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, Dupont, Hartzel Propeller Inc., Jeppesen, OmnAvia Interiors, and UTC Aerospace Systems.

Fly-in Details…

The 75th Anniversary Fly-In celebration officially kicks off Thursday and Friday, November 8th & 9th. Approved arrival times are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but reservations are required and must be obtained prior to the event.
