BigTex Posted October 22, 2012 Report Posted October 22, 2012 I've started using Tapatalk iPad app for my forums. Can you look at adding our forum to their system? It is a free offering and makes browsing the forum from an iPad really easy. Quote
mooniac58 Posted October 22, 2012 Report Posted October 22, 2012 I just had this setup for this forum today actually. I think you can somehow add us by our domain name www.mooneyspace.com. I will download the app and start testing... Quote
mooniac58 Posted October 22, 2012 Report Posted October 22, 2012 Ok, posting this from Tapatalk. Good to go! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Quote

mooniac58 Posted October 22, 2012 Report Posted October 22, 2012 Yeah, I am new to it as well and it is a pretty cool way to browse the forums on a mobile device...like you said - keeping up with new content is great! Quote
carusoam Posted October 22, 2012 Report Posted October 22, 2012 Was that the $5 investment? There were some choices, but wasn't obvious to the technically neglected.... -a- Quote
mooniac58 Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Yeah, the app will run you $5 on the AppStore. Quote
carusoam Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Thanks Craig, Couldn't tell if I was spending the $5 on the right thing. I didn't want to blow five bucks and get nothing... -a- Quote
KSMooniac Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 I just installed it on Android...and it is only $3! Sent from my ADR6425LVW using Tapatalk 2 Quote
carusoam Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Scott, you got the discounted Android version.... The Android version doesn't come with all the Apple hoopla! Hoopla=$2 Best regards. -a- Quote
KSMooniac Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 I had seen references to Tapatalk before but never paid it any attention. It is certainly worth a few bucks to me, and thanks are due to Craig to making Mooneyspace play nicely with it! I'm also glad I didn't have to pay an additional $2 to Apple. Quote
rbridges Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 Thanks Craig, Couldn't tell if I was spending the $5 on the right thing. I didn't want to blow five bucks and get nothing... -a- If they knew it was for an airplane forum, you'd need an STC and the app would then cost $139. Quote
carusoam Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 The $500 STC fee is above and beyond the cost of the item itself. $3 app $2 apple wow factor $500 STC I've recently learned about STCs -a- Quote
