Trenton W Posted Wednesday at 06:30 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 06:30 PM Hello all, I am a soon to be Mooney M20C owner, (picking it up Friday). It is in desperate need of some panel upgrades. I am considering a GNX 375 for the ads-b/transponder and GPS. However, it currently has a STEC-30 I would like to keep for now. Does the GNX 375 have the capability to connect directly to the STEC-30 or is a G5 required also, or another converter of some sort? It is currently connected to an old Garmin 150xl with GPSS adaptor. Thank you! -Trent
Yetti Posted Wednesday at 07:06 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 07:06 PM I just had that quoted. Stec 30 is in plane. The work was for Install two 275s and a GNX375 From the shop "I am not aware of any additional adapter needed for the STEC30. We have done a few and only time an adapter is needed is with the G5s. "

The heading bug you have should still work.
