lvpazik Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago Just did oil change on my 1980 Mooney M20K 231. After runup checking for leaks, pulled dip stick to check oil level. As I raised up in my hand to read, the entire metal dipstick departed from handle. Glad it didn't happen while in place on engine. Trying to find part number 632062-25A1 which is part number on stick. Boeing says 240 day back order because they'd have to have one made. Been on Ebay and any other site I can find. Anyone got one for sale or can advise if they know who might?

N201MKTurbo Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Air Power says they have 2 in stock. And they are the cheapest. https://www.airpowerinc.com/632062-2a1 Oops, Google screwed me, wrong PN.
N201MKTurbo Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Where is it broken? A pic would be good. Can it be repaired? Can you make one?
N201MKTurbo Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago https://www.supercub.org/forum/attachments/continental-sil00-7a-oil-dipstick-specs-pdf.31712/ It seems like the Mooney 231 is the only airplane those dipsticks are used on. Aren’t you lucky….
