M20c rental rate

What’s a reasonable dry rate for an IFR capable M20C? A fellow on my home field wants to sell block time.

Not too many Mooneys for rent.  Only reference point I can give you is for an M20B at a block rate of $165/hr WET.  It is IFR but NO glass!

Bigger issue is going to be how he handles INSURANCE!
