Interested in purchasing an M20

I am based at 7FL6 (Spruce Creek FL) and interested in leveling up from our PA28-140 to an M20.  I do qualify as a budget buyer ($80k or less).

There’s a C model at the Rome Georgia airport that I Understand is for sale. I believe the detail number is 7101U.

If I can find a good M20J for cross country travel then I'd consider selling my M20C

I have been told that I should look at newer models (like the J) but I have a budget to work within.  Keep me posted if you do get into a position to upgrade!
