I decided to go all in and do a full panel.  Pro's and cons of doing 1 piece / 2 piece / 3 piece panel.  But now I have enough templates to send out for you to trial fit, then I can cut a final to your specifications.

The pro of a multi piece panel is upgrades. You can remove part of the panel, re-cut as appropriate and leave what is not being modified alone. It makes installing or removing a single instrument much easier.

On my model year, the circuit breaker panel is canted inwards. I have 3 panels, left, right, and CB, and prefer it that way.

What are you charging to cut and ship these panels?  I would be interested in a 3 piece for my J model for ability to change out stuff in the future.

I'm curious... what are you cutting with?  Plasma?  Laser?  End mill? Water?

I have a 40x40" AXYZ CNC router.  Use 0.125" end mill bits with a misting spray.  A panel like the one above has about 180 shapes and takes about an hour to cut.

I can do things like match drill the Radiorax and various flush mounts that go behind the panel.

Hardest part is getting the mounting holes accurate, overtime I cut a template I seem to get closer but there is always one or two that don't match nicely.  The factory must have just hand drilled the holes and put a rivet in the tube or bracket and used the rubber mounts to take up the misalignment.
