Mike Tyson Posted November 11 Report Posted November 11 Hello Everyone, I'm having a heck of a time finding a AN 3057 4A cannon plug with the 2 pin connector. It's for my oil temp probe that goes into the back side of the I/O360. I've ordered two that looked right. One was a three pin and the other was too small. Any ideas? Quote

PT20J Posted November 11 Report Posted November 11 The part number is for the clamp, not the connector. You'll need to do some digging to find the connector part number. MS3057E.PDF Quote

It sounded like the OP was after the connector itself, not the backshell.  I think he assumed the P/N on the backshell was the P/N for the connector.  MIL-SPEC connectors can be a P/N nightmare.  Typically there can be separate P/Ns for the connector housing, the connector insert, the connector pins (both male and female), and the connector backshell. 2 Quote
PT20J Posted November 11 Report Posted November 11 Try looking for a MIL-DTL-5015 connector that mates with what you have. Or, you might just contact an Amphenol rep. 1 Quote

Try this… https://www.controller.com/parts/search?SearchType=Start&PartNumber=MS3106A-12S-3S The IPC electrical schematic shows the connector, but there’s a typo.  It’s index 67, pn AN3106A-12S-3S, not -125-3S.  Near as I could tell, that AN pn crosses to the MS pn shown on link to controller.com.
