I know some people on Angel Flights will take the co-pilot seat out and have the passenger sit in the back seat, co-pilot's side,  for ease of ingress and egress.

When our now-22-year-old (time flies) was an infant, we took the right front seat back out and strapped a  backward-facing child seat in.  My wife could tend to him from the right rear.

The articulating seats are a big help in accommodating a wide variety of sizes and shapes.

cabin measurements are of little use for anything other than marketing. It’s how you and your PAX  fit that matters.  Example: Diamond DA40 has a nice, wide cabin with decent headroom for most, but it is very inflexible. The roll bar above the front seat passenger seats will interfere with anyone who is of lengthy trunk.  At the other end, the bottom edge will hit the shins of someone with long legs. The DA42, with the same cabin, did not have the second problem because there is no firewall, and the panel is a couple of inches forward. Short people wind up with booster seats in both.  Not perfect, for sure.

I’ve flown a variety of single engine planes over the years and find that once entry and exit are mastered, the Mooney cabin is a very comfortable place to be. Compare/contrast with something like PA46: there is very little flexibility in its ability to accommodate tall pilots.

I am a big fan of the fold down armrest in my Acclaim.

The whole package works well for me, at 5’ 11” 180#.

I am interested in a Mid Atlantic Mooney gathering.  But it will be a month or so before I have my plane back.

Lots of choices where.  Including KLNS, KHGR, KMRB that all have restaurants on the field.
