I figured I would post here first since MooneySpace has given me so much help and guidance in the past and I would really like for the plane to go to someone that will cherish her as much as I have over the past couple of years.  Although changing jobs was a great long term plan, I did not realize was how it would wipe out my justification of having my mooney.  and thus my mission has dried up.

I put in over 15k in the first annual which included:

new main landing gear donuts

new brake pads

repainted speedbrake plates that were missmatched white compared to the wing.

repainted the Cowling, vertical and horizontal stabilizers that had chips in the leading edge paint

overhauled starter adaptor

overhauled left magneto

installed surefly ignition in place of right side magneto

install new maggie wiring harness

installed tempest finewire spark plugs

installed fuel flow monitor for JPI

installed gami fuel injectors

installed Bob Field's inflatable door seal

patched fuel leak on right wing walkway

that got me running LOP very well at cruise but my idle was not great

so overhauled the fuel pump, throttle body and spider fuel devider and had them bench test to match flow with specs.

now she idles very well.

My favorite cruise setting is 2500RPM 25MP 9.5~10gal/hr that gets me 160tas @ 12k

On my second annual I replaced the wing nav and strobes with LED's

Overhauled my KI256 ADI and then had it match tuned to the KFC-150 autopilot by Bevan Aviation

Airplane runs LOP very well with my favorite setting of 2500 RPM 25” MP and 10gal/hr.

Works at all altitudes that I fly with true airspeed 160 at 12k and TAS going up as you go higher

on the same settings.

I try to fly once every 10 days or shorter but at least 2 x per month unless it’s in annual.  Has been very reliable with 100% dispatch rate for me.

Asking $183,000.00

Here is attached below in a pdf file an article about the 252 from aviation consumer that has a picture of my airplane with a quote from me on page 6.  On page 8 they give the breakdown on blue book prices and their speculation of price range from $190k up to $250k.
