1965 M20C Landing Light Issues

I have a 1965 M20C and the wing strobes don't work. Neither do the Nav lights. Only the Beacon light and landing light goes on. I have a fuse panel but it's not clear if there's a fuse there for all these. Maybe the fuses for theses lights are in a different place on not on the fuse panel?

Thoughts?

First you are looking at circuit breakers and  not fuses. 

Second check to see if the switch you have for nav lights and strobes has a number stamped on the end of the lever. 

They might be circuit breaker switches so no circuit breaker will show on the panel above.

The circuit breaker switches could be bad

Is this a new to you airplane?
