Any standard Cleveland 500X5 wheel that I’ve seen uses an inner tube with a 90* valve stem.

My NLG tire goes down over time.  I may have to replace the tube, and the only Michelin Airstop I can find in 5.00x5 has a 90-degree valve stem.  Got a picture of my nose wheel.  My stem look straight to me, but I don't have anything to compare it to.  If it was a 90-degree stem, would it be obvious, or is the bend hidden inside?

Looks like a 90° bend to me. A straight stem would point towards the center of the tire.

So a straight stem bends and a 90° bend is straight, I’m confused.
Looking at picture above I would call it straight.

No, but If you look at your main wheels you can probably tell what’s going on without changing the nose tire tube to see the 90 degree bend inside.

Pick up a tube, inflate it just enough to look like a donut.

  • A straight valve stem will point towards the middle of the donut hole.
  • A bent valve stem will bend and point towards you.
  • Your valve stem is the second one.
