I downloaded chart data again with no luck. What am I missing? Do you have the Chart View Enablement Unlock option (part #010-00330-53) on your G1000 which allows Jepp Charts (list price $2912)? All G1000 airplanes came with Garmin charts, so it will show charts, however Jepp is an optional add-on for which you need an enablement card (roughly $3000 option).
