I have a Mooney rudder torque tube assembly P/N - 720005-501, that has the beef up strap performed already by Lasar. I have the hardware and everything ready to install! Not a fun job to replace but if you need one I have one all ready to go! Can take pictures if your interested! 1500.00 OBO

It came off a Mooney M20D.  I believe it the same part as off a Mooney M20C / D / E / F/  G.

I am interested. As with the other person, I’d like to see some pictures before committing.

I’m also not sure about that part number  when I search it it comes back as “torque tube”  My parts catalog lists the Nose Truss Assembly, Retracting as 540002-503 (503 for C and E models, 501 non-retracting D models, and 505 for F models)

Is this still available? We had the shaft that controls the nose wheel steering break off the main torque tube. 1966 Mooney m20e Hoping to source the torque tube assembly. We are AOG until we find one. Any help much appreciated
