Eric J Rivera Posted December 11, 2020 Report Posted December 11, 2020 Fellow pilots and Mooney Owners, After loosing my Cessna Cardinal, I am in the process in evaluating options for my next used aircraft purchase. Being Mooney a serious contender, I was wondering if within the Dallas (Addison preferably) area there is an owner/pilot that I can schedule a visit (I reside in Puerto Rico), while visiting my soon, that can introduce me to the aircraft and perhaps his mechanic as well in order to help me in making my decision. carusoam Posted December 12, 2020 Report Posted December 12, 2020 Welcome aboard Eric! We have a couple of active MSers in Puerto Rico... And plenty of MSers in the Dallas area as well... Stand by for some good ideas... Go Mooney! Best regards, -a- Quote
Eric J Rivera Posted December 12, 2020 Author Report Posted December 12, 2020 Thank you very much! Standing by! Quote
carusoam Posted December 12, 2020 Report Posted December 12, 2020 In the mean time... If you want to read up on topics around MS regarding PR... a quick search revealed a few interesting threads... https://mooneyspace.com/search/?q="Puerto Rico"&updated_after=any&sortby=relevancy Best regards, -a- Quote
Eric J Rivera Posted March 31, 2021 Author Report Posted March 31, 2021 Are there any Mooney Owners Members in Puerto Rico? I am beginning my aircraft purchase endeavor and would like to meet some local owners as well as in the Dallas area, if available. Also, looking down the road, an instructor(owner) in order to get properly trained and get some Mooney experience. Quote

carusoam Posted April 1, 2021 Report Posted April 1, 2021 Let’s see if @Caribbean Mooney Pilot is around... Also, José is from there, but calls Florida home... @Gagarin... he has tons of knowledge... MS has a couple of members in the area... there is just a limit to my memory... As you become an established gentleman aviator... more information will become available to you... Start by filling in your location in your avatar information... you may not even know there is information there if you are using a small phone screen... Best regards, -a- Quote

It magically appears on my Galaxy screen when I turn it to landscape in my hand. No idea how the fruity phones work . . . . 1 Quote

No idea how the fruity phones work . . . . Ya killin’ me smalls.... I logged into my fruity phone, turned it sideways, expecting to learn something new.... pleasantly surprised... maybe... Bummer, the fruit shows the same lack of info in both orientations! It was a great idea... I’ll send a request to Craig... @mooniac58 (avatar data fields that don’t show up on iPhones, work pretty well on the Galaxy’s.... See if we can load a request in for a future update...)
