Nose gear truss to spindle torque specs

Looked through the Mooney manual no torque specs on the nose gear truss to the spindle or retract truss to the airframe. Is everyone using the standard torque specs for the bolt size ?

Bolt #3(not the circled bolt 2, my error) the trunnion pivot bolts are torqued to standard values for AN bolts.  Bolt #10 is subject to S/I M20-109 or the torque specified if it has a LASAR oversized bushing STC.

I torqued bolt 10 according to the SB and the steering was very stiff. I backed it off one position on the castilated nut ant it was much better.
