Davidv Posted September 30, 2020 Report Posted September 30, 2020 I'm in the process of an avionics upgrade and want to change the color of my panel. I've always liked the factory color used in the Ovation/Bravo GX and Acclaims from the late 2000s. Does anyone happen to know the exact color code or name? Sample photo below for reference (not my plane). Quote
rbridges Posted September 30, 2020 Report Posted September 30, 2020 Not sure but @gsxrpilot has a light colored panel near that color. Quote

Parker_Woodruff Posted September 30, 2020 Report Posted September 30, 2020 Didn't Mooney have another panel color that's a really light gray or was that earlier on? Quote
PT20J Posted September 30, 2020 Report Posted September 30, 2020 It is very close to SEM Phantom White. 1 Quote

carusoam Posted October 1, 2020 Report Posted October 1, 2020 Light gray was mid 90s... the O1 was served up with gray... Best regards, -a- Quote
M20F-1968 Posted October 2, 2020 Report Posted October 2, 2020 Any powder coating shop will have something close. You do want to powder coat the panel and you want to use a supplier where you know both the supplier and color so you can get more if you need it. You also will want to silkscreen the panel with any labels, required placard info, etc... John Breda 2 Quote
